Faith Christian Eagles (Arvada, CO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Platte Valley Broncos (Kersey, CO), 50-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Faith Christian upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Eagles host Colorado Academy (Denver, CO) to play the Mustangs in a bout on Friday, January 13. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Colorado Academy lost 34-16 in their recent league bout against Stargate School (Thornton, CO)

Next up, the Broncos play the Timnath Cubs (Timnath, CO) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Platte Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Cubs go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 21-15 league win over Valley (Gilcrest, CO).
