The Lewiston-Altura Cardinals tipped the host Fillmore Central Falcons basketball team by a final score of 66-59 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Cardinals face the Lourdes Eagles (Rochester, MN) in a AA Section 1 game, on Friday, January 13. Lewiston-Altura will attempt to advance on its 2-9 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 10-2 record after their 69-30 league win over Cannon Falls (Cannon Falls, MN).

The Falcons now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to St. Charles for a non-league test on Monday, January 16.
