The Kenai Central Kardinals (Kenai, AK) basketball crushed the visiting Kodiak Bears (Kodiak, AK), 48-19 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Kardinals (7-0) will now prepare for their test against Houston (Big Lake, AK). The Hawks go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Houston was trounced by Kenai Central (Kenai, AK), 37-30, in a non-league test.
The Bears now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Soldotna for a 4A Northern Lights test on Friday, January 13. Kodiak will encounter a Stars squad coming off a 57-29 non-league loss to Grace Christian (Anchorage, AK). The Stars record now stands at 2-4.
