In their next game, the Scouts face the Grayslake North Knights (Grayslake, IL) in a non-league game, on Monday, January 16. Lake Forest will attempt to move on its 15-6 season record. The Knights enter the game with a 14-7 record after their 42-36 non-league loss to Warren Township (Gurnee, IL).

With the defeat, Wauconda moves to 9-8 on the year. The Bulldogs host Round Lake (Round Lake, IL) to face the Panthers in a Northern Lake County game on Wednesday, January 18. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 13-10. Round Lake won 36-35 in their recent non-league game against Palatine (Palatine, IL)
