North Kitsap Vikings (Poulsbo, WA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Olympic Trojans (Bremerton, WA), 43-29 in a league bout.

With the victory, North Kitsap upgrades its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Vikings host Bainbridge (Bainbridge Island, WA) to play the Spartans in a 2A Olympic bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Spartans come into the bout with a record of 7-5.

Next up, the Trojans play the Kingston Buccaneers (Kingston, WA) in a 2A Olympic bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Olympic will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Buccaneers come into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 43-39 non-league win over Crosspoint (Bremerton, WA).
