North Linn Lynx (Troy Mills, IA) supporters were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the visiting Regina Regals (Iowa City, IA), 72-52 in a non-league challenge.

With the victory, North Linn improves its record to 12-0 on the campaign. The Lynx travel to Springville (Springville, IA) to confront the Orioles in a Tri-Rivers - West challenge on Friday, January 13. The Orioles come into the challenge with a record of 10-3. Springville won 71-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Midland (Wyoming, IA)

Next up, the Regals confront the Wilton Beavers (Wilton, IA) in a River Valley - South challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Regina will attempt to improve on its 12-2 season record.
