In Thursday's non-league outing, the Tabernacle Christian Conquerors (Hickory, NC) basketball squad felled the visiting Temple Baptist Academy Royal Crusaders (Powell, TN), by a margin of 37-29.

The Conquerors (7-7) will now prepare for their outing against Victory Baptist (Loganville, GA). The Warrior go into the non-league outing with a 5-2 record. In their last outing, Victory Baptist thwarted Northside Christian (Louisville, KY), 46-23, in a non-league outing.

The Royal Crusaders now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they host Clayton-Bradley Academy for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 17. Temple Baptist Academy will clash with a Blazers squad coming off a 51-21 non-league loss to Maryville Christian (Maryville, TN). The Blazers record now stands at 2-10.
