Virginia High School Basketball - Atlantic Shores Christian overwhelmed by Nansemond-Suffolk Academy

The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy Saints basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Atlantic Shores Christian Seahawks to 48 in the Saints non-league victory on Thursday.
The Saints now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walsingham Academy for a contest on Tuesday, January 17. Nansemond-Suffolk Academy will battle a Trojans team coming off a 50-25 non-league win over Isle of Wight Academy (Isle of Wight, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 5-6.
The Seahawks (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Portsmouth Christian (Portsmouth, VA). The Patriots come into the contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Portsmouth Christian triumphed over Broadwater Academy (Exmore, VA), 53-41, in a league contest.
