The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Lake Havasu Knights (Lake Havasu City, AZ) and the host La Joya Community Fighting Lobos (Avondale, AZ), saw Lake Havasu's soccer squad get by La Joya Community by a count of 2-1.
The Knights now hold a 6-0 record. They play next when they host Desert Edge for a 5A Desert West test on Tuesday, January 17. Lake Havasu will meet a Scorpions squad coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Williams Field (Gilbert, AZ). The Scorpions record now stands at 10-3.
With the loss, La Joya Community drops to 8-5 on the season. The Fighting lobos travel to Williams Field (Gilbert, AZ) to meet the Black Hawks in a non-league test on Tuesday, January 17. The Black Hawks come into the test with a record of 1-7. Williams Field lost 7-0 in their recent non-league test against Desert Edge (Goodyear, AZ)
