Advanced Math & Science Academy Eagles (Marlborough, MA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Assabet Valley RVT Aztecs (Marlborough, MA), 46-31 in a league bout.

With the win, Advanced Math & Science Academy upgrades its record to 2-6 on the season. The Eagles travel to Bay Path RVT (Charlton, MA) to clash with the Minutemen in a Colonial bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Minutemen go into the bout with a record of 2-6.

Next up, the Aztecs clash with the Oxford Pirates (Oxford, MA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Assabet Valley RVT will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 52-50 league loss to Uxbridge (Uxbridge, MA).
