The Lighthouse Baptist Academy Eagles basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Bayview Christian Seahawks to 33 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Frederick Baptist Academy for a Baptist Church contest on Tuesday, January 16. Lighthouse Baptist Academy will battle a Patriots team coming off a 49-28 league loss to Independent Baptist Academy (Clinton, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 0-4.

The Seahawks (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Faith Baptist School (Salisbury, MD). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Faith Baptist School was defeated by Chestertown Christian Academy (Chestertown, MD), 62-52, in a non-league contest.
