In Friday's league outing, the Bethlehem Central Eagles (Delmar, NY) basketball squad felled the visiting Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans (Burnt Hills, NY), by a margin of 52-36.

The Eagles (10-3) will now prepare for their outing against Shaker (Latham, NY). The Bison go into the non-league outing with a 9-2 record. In their last outing, Shaker was beaten by Colonie Central (Albany, NY), 75-65, in a league outing.

The Spartans now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Troy for a Section 2 Suburban - Gray outing on Tuesday, January 16. Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake will clash with a Flying Horses squad coming off a 82-71 non-league loss to Albany Academy for Boys (Albany, NY). The Flying Horses record now stands at 2-10.
