The Lewis Lancers basketball squad (Springfield, VA), was trounced 65-29 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology Colonials (Alexandria, VA)
The Colonials (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Falls Church (Falls Church, VA). The Jaguars go into the District 3 outing with a 2-10 record. In their last outing, Falls Church smashed Justice (Falls Church, VA), 49-33, in a league outing.
The Lancers now own a 1-11 record. They play next when they host Edison for a District 3 outing on Wednesday, January 17. Lewis will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 68-51 league win over Annandale (Annandale, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 10-3.
