Montverde Academy Eagles (Montverde, FL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Oak Hill Academy Warriors (Mouth of Wilson, VA), 80-50 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Montverde Academy upgrades its record to 17-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Brewster Academy National (Wolfeboro, NH) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 13. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 12-2. Brewster Academy National lost 60-56 in their recent league bout against Veritas Academy (Ontario, CA)
Next up, the Warriors clash with the Brewster Academy National Bobcats (Wolfeboro, NH) in a Nike Elite Youth Scholastic bout, on Sunday, January 14. Oak Hill Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 13-2 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 12-3 record after their 91-58 non-league loss to Montverde Academy (Montverde, FL).
