With the victory, Union Christian Academy improves its record to 9-13 on the campaign. The Eagles host Crossover Prep (Tulsa, OK) to confront the Lions in a Heartland Christian challenge on Thursday, January 18. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 7-8.

Next up, the Lions confront the Taylor Tigers (Taylor, AR) in a 1A Region 7 challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Mount Ida will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 61-52 league win over Blevins (Blevins, AR).
