Colorado High School Basketball - Springfield winner over Primero

In Friday's non-league outing, the Springfield Longhorns (Springfield, CO) basketball squad felled the visiting Primero Bulldogs (Weston, CO), by a margin of 66-50.

The Longhorns (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Boise City (Boise City, OK). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 3-6 record.

The Bulldogs now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Walsenburg for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 13. Primero will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 59-54 non-league loss to Dolores Huerta Prep (Pueblo, CO). The Panthers record now stands at 3-4.
