The Meadowdale Mavericks basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks to 16 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mavericks now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stanwood for a non-league contest on Monday, January 15. Meadowdale will battle a Spartans team coming off a 61-54 non-league win over Snohomish (Snohomish, WA). The Spartans record now stands at 10-2.
The Tomahawks (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against Snohomish (Snohomish, WA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Snohomish was routed by Stanwood (Stanwood, WA), 61-54, in a non-league contest.
