The Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots basketball team (Kinston, NC), was overwhelmed 51-18 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Wayne Country Day Chargers (Goldsboro, NC)
The Chargers now possess a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wayne Christian for a NCISAA Coastal Plain battle on Tuesday, January 16. Wayne Country Day will confront a Eagles team coming off a 57-21 league win over Arendell Parrott Academy (Kinston, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 9-0.
The Patriots (1-11) will now prepare for their battle against Cape Fear Academy (Wilmington, NC). The Hurricanes come into the NCISAA Coastal Plain battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Cape Fear Academy was overwhelmed by Wayne Country Day (Goldsboro, NC), 57-45, in a league battle.
