Evergreen Wolverines (Seattle, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Tyee Titans (SeaTac, WA), 26-20 in a league bout.

With the win, Evergreen upgrades its record to 3-5 on the season. The Wolverines host Chief Sealth (Seattle, WA) to play the Seahawks in a non-league bout on Monday, January 15. The Seahawks go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Chief Sealth lost 57-39 in their recent league bout against Lincoln (Seattle, WA)

Next up, the Titans play the Highline Pirates (Burien, WA) in a 2A KingCo bout, on Wednesday, January 17. Tyee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 41-26 league loss to Lindbergh (Renton, WA).
