The Redskins come into the challenge with a record of 10-7. Red Mesa lost 57-36 in their recent league challenge against St. Michael (St. Michaels, AZ)

Next up, the Thunderbirds confront the Tse' Yi' Gai Dine Warriors (Cuba, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 13. Zuni will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Dine Warriors come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 33-30 non-league win over Rehoboth Christian (Rehoboth, NM).
