Mountain Range Mustangs (Westminster, CO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, CO), 35-27 in a league bout.

With the win, Mountain Range upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Erie (Erie, CO) to play the Tigers in a bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-1.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Horizon Hawks (Thornton, CO) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Brighton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 48-45 league win over Broomfield (Broomfield, CO).
