With the victory, Mercer County upgrades its record to 9-1 on the year. The Titans travel to East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY) to face the Jaguars in a District 46 match on Tuesday, January 14. The Jaguars enter the match with a record of 3-11. East Jessamine lost 78-65 in their recent non-league match against Russell County (Russell Springs, KY)

The Knights now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tates Creek for a District 43 match on Monday, January 13. Lexington Catholic will face a Commodores squad coming off a 96-40 non-league loss to Bryan Station (Lexington, KY). The Commodores record now stands at 6-5.
