In Sunday's non-league contest, the host Lloyd Memorial Juggernauts basketball team scored a close 63-57 triumph over the Summit Country Day Silver Knights.

The Juggernauts (11-3) will now prepare for their contest against Cooper (Union, KY). The Jaguars go into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Cooper was tipped by George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY), 54-49, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Silver Knights battle the Norwood Indians (Norwood, OH) in a Miami Valley - Miami contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Summit Country Day will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Indians go into the contest with a 1-8 record after their 56-36 league loss to Roger Bacon (Cincinnati, OH).
