The Walker Governor's basketball team (Richmond, VA), was nudged 48-47 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Amelia County Raiders (Amelia Court House, VA)
The Raiders now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bluestone for a James River battle on Tuesday, January 18.
The (1-10) will now prepare for their battle against Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA). The Wildcats enter the Colonial contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, Deep Run was nudged by Freeman (Richmond, VA), 67-48, in a league contest.
