The Abbott RVT Wolverines basketball team (Danbury, CT), dropped 64-55 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Brookfield Bobcats (Brookfield, CT)
The Bobcats now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bethel for a Southwest battle on Tuesday, January 17. Brookfield will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 57-43 league loss to Newtown (Newtown, CT). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-6.
The Wolverines (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Whitney RVT (Hamden, CT). The Owls come into the non-league battle with a 8-0 record. In their last battle, Whitney RVT prevailed over O'Brien RVT (Ansonia, CT), 65-50, in a league battle.
