The Springboro Panthers basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Beavercreek Beavers to 58 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Badin for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17. Springboro will meet a Rams team coming off a 45-40 non-league loss to Roger Bacon (Cincinnati, OH). The Rams record now stands at 1-11.
The Beavers (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Chaminade-Julienne (Dayton, OH). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 14-1 record. In their last contest, Chaminade-Julienne was outscored by Pace Academy (Atlanta, GA), 62-55, in a non-league contest.
