The Mitchell Bluejackets basketball team (Mitchell, IN), was routed 68-24 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Bedford North Lawrence Stars (Bedford, IN)
The Stars now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jennings County for a Hoosier Hills battle on Saturday, January 14. Bedford North Lawrence will battle a Panthers team coming off a 64-40 non-league win over Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 12-1.
The Bluejackets (3-12) will now prepare for their battle against West Washington (Campbellsburg, IN). The Senators come into the Patoka Lake battle with a 6-6 record.
