California High School Basketball - Canyon crushes Brea Olinda

Canyon Comanches (Anaheim, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Brea Olinda Wildcats (Brea, CA), 83-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Canyon upgrades its record to 16-5 on the season. The Comanches travel to El Modena (Orange, CA) to play the Vanguards in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Vanguards go into the bout with a record of 15-7. El Modena lost 46-43 in their recent non-league bout against Yorba Linda (Yorba Linda, CA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Esperanza Aztecs (Anaheim, CA) in a North Hills bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Brea Olinda will attempt to upgrade on its 8-14 season record. The Aztecs go into the bout with a 13-9 record after their 67-62 non-league loss to Mayfair (Lakewood, CA).
