The Bucklin Red Aces basketball team (Bucklin, KS), was overwhelmed 88-64 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting South Gray Rebels (Montezuma, KS)
The Rebels now possess a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Satanta for a Southern Plains-Iroquois battle on Tuesday, January 17. South Gray will confront a Indians team coming off a 61-49 non-league loss to Meade (Meade, KS). The Indians record now stands at 5-4.
The Red Aces (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against South Central (Coldwater, KS). The Timberwolves come into the Southern Plains-Iroquois battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, South Central trounced Spearville (Spearville, KS), 65-32, in a non-league battle.
