The Lancaster Catholic Crusaders basketball team (Lancaster, PA), was nudged 73-67 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Columbia Crimson Tide (Columbia, PA)
The Crimson Tide now possess a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pequea Valley for a Lancaster-Lebanon 4 battle on Tuesday, January 17. Columbia will confront a Braves team coming off a 63-39 non-league win over Susquenita (Duncannon, PA). The Braves record now stands at 3-9.
The Crusaders (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Octorara Area (Atglen, PA). The Braves come into the Lancaster-Lebanon 4 battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Octorara Area edged Eastern Lebanon County (Myerstown, PA), 63-50, in a league battle.
