The Duncan Demons basketball team (Duncan, OK), was overwhelmed 126-42 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Lawton Wolverines (Lawton, OK)
The Wolverines now possess a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Putnam City for a Oklahoma Big 10 battle on Saturday, January 14. Lawton will confront a Pirates team coming off a 57-38 league win over Ponca City (Ponca City, OK). The Pirates record now stands at 4-3.
The Demons (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Piedmont (Piedmont, OK). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 7-2 record. In their last battle, Piedmont trounced Tuttle (Tuttle, OK), 66-50, in a non-league battle.
