The Tapestry Thunderhawks basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Hutchinson-Central Tech Engineers to 68 in the Thunderhawks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Thunderhawks now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northeast/Northwest College Prep for a non-league contest on Monday, January 16. Tapestry will battle a Panthers team coming off a 68-61 league win over World of Inquiry (Rochester, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 5-6.

The Engineers (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against McKinley (Buffalo, NY). The Macks enter the Section 6 Buffalo I contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, McKinley was nudged by St. Francis (Hamburg, NY), 52-43, in a non-league contest.
