Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Jamestown thwarts Sharpsville

The Jamestown Muskies (Jamestown, PA) basketball knocked off the host Sharpsville Blue Devils (Sharpsville, PA), 61-45 in Friday's non-league test.
The Muskies (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Farrell (Farrell, PA). The Steelers go into the District 10 Region 1 test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, Farrell went down by Shenango (New Castle, PA), 63-59, in a non-league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Mercer for a District 10 Region 2 test on Tuesday, January 17. Sharpsville will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 62-57 non-league win over Laurel (New Castle, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-4.
