The Vashon Wolverines (St. Louis, MO) basketball knocked off the visiting McCluer North Stars (Florissant, MO), 60-45 in Friday's non-league test.

The Wolverines (7-6) will now prepare for their test against Neumann-Goretti (Philadelphia, PA). The Saints go into the non-league test with a 10-1 record. In their last test, Neumann-Goretti notched a victory over Lansdale Catholic (Lansdale, PA), 79-37, in a league test.
