With the victory, Montezuma improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Braves travel to H-L-V (Victor, IA) to play the Warriors in a South Iowa Cedar challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 6-7. H-L-V lost 84-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Danville (Danville, IA)

Next up, the Trojans play the English Valleys Bears (North English, IA) in a South Iowa Cedar challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Tri-County will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record.
