The North Marion Huskies basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting The Dalles Riverhawks to 49 in the Huskies non-league victory on Friday.
The Huskies now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stayton for a 4A Oregon West contest on Friday, January 20. North Marion will battle a Eagles team coming off a 74-58 non-league win over Molalla (Molalla, OR). The Eagles record now stands at 11-2.
Next up, the Riverhawks clash with the Crook County Cowboys (Prineville, OR) in a 4A Tri-Valley bout, on Tuesday, January 17. The Dalles will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Cowboys go into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 64-32 non-league win over Sweet Home (Sweet Home, OR).
