California High School Basketball - Valhalla tipped by Olympian

January 13, 2023: El Cajon, CA 92019

The Olympian Eagles basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Valhalla Norsemen to 60 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mater Dei Catholic for a Mesa contest on Wednesday, January 18. Olympian will meet a Crusaders team coming off a 77-58 league loss to Montgomery (San Diego, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 15-5.

The Norsemen (11-8) will now prepare for their contest against Maranatha Christian (San Diego, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 12-9 record. In their last contest, Maranatha Christian was nudged by Calvin Christian (Escondido, CA), 51-40, in a league contest.
