In Friday's non-league match, the host Perkins County Plainsmen basketball team scored a decisive 49-26 triumph over the Wauneta-Palisade Broncos.

In their next game, the Plainsmen face the Holyoke Dragons (Holyoke, CO) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 24. Perkins County will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record.
