The Steinert Spartans basketball team (Hamilton, NJ), dropped 57-40 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Princeton Tigers (Princeton, NJ)
The Tigers now possess a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hopewell Valley Central for a Colonial Valley battle on Tuesday, January 17. Princeton will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 50-42 non-league loss to Princeton Day (Princeton, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-6.
The Spartans (3-8) will now prepare for their battle against Kennedy Memorial (Iselin, NJ). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Kennedy Memorial dropped by Spotswood (Spotswood, NJ), 64-43, in a non-league battle.
