With the win, Denver South upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Ravens travel to Colorado Academy (Denver, CO) to play the Mustangs in a bout on Friday, February 3. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 3-6.

Next up, the Spartans confront the George Washington Patriots (Denver, CO) in a challenge, on Wednesday, January 18. Thomas Jefferson will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 67-30 non-league loss to Chaparral (Parker, CO).
