The South Central Calhoun Titans basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Alta-Aurelia Warriors to 57 in the Titans league triumph on Friday.
The Titans now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pocahontas for a Twin Lakes contest on Tuesday, January 17. South Central Calhoun will battle a Indians team coming off a 68-40 non-league win over Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS (Clarion, IA). The Indians record now stands at 4-2.
The Warriors (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against East Sac County (Lake View, IA). The Raiders enter the Twin Lakes contest with a 2-10 record.
