Northern Lehigh Bulldogs (Slatington, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Moravian Academy Lions (Bethlehem, PA), 35-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northern Lehigh upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA) to clash with the Spartans in a Colonial - North bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 5-4. Southern Lehigh lost 58-27 in their recent non-league bout against Pen Argyl (Pen Argyl, PA)

Next up, the Lions clash with the Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders (Easton, PA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Moravian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 46-39 non-league win over Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA).
