Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Remington Broncos (Whitewater, KS) and the visiting Moundridge Wildcats (Moundridge, KS), saw Remington's basketball squad knock off Moundridge by a count of 44-31.

With the victory, Remington upgrades its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Broncos travel to Sterling (Sterling, KS) to play the Black Bears in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Black Bears come into the challenge with a record of 1-8.

Next up, the Wildcats play the Goessel Bluebirds (Goessel, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 20. Moundridge will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Bluebirds come into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 66-41 non-league loss to Canton-Galva (Canton, KS).
