The Tigers now possess a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hallsville for a 5A Region II District 15 battle on Tuesday, January 17. Texas will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 45-27 league loss to Whitehouse (Whitehouse, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 5-19.
The Lions (19-6) will now prepare for their battle against Longview (Longview, TX). The Lobos come into the 5A Region II District 15 battle with a 19-6 record. In their last battle, Longview was nudged by Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, TX), 39-38, in a league battle.
