The Ellsworth Eagles (Ellsworth, ME) basketball crushed the host Washington Academy Raiders (East Machias, ME), 57-24 in Friday's non-league test.
The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Foxcroft Academy (Dover-Foxcroft, ME). The Ponies go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
The Raiders now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Caribou for a non-league test on Monday, January 16.
