Arizona High School Soccer - Salpointe Catholic knocks off Rincon/University

Salpointe Catholic Lancers (Tucson, AZ) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Rincon/University Rangers (Tucson, AZ), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lancers confront the Phoenix Country Day Eagles (Paradise Valley, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 20. Salpointe Catholic will attempt to move on its 12-2 season record.

The Rangers now possess a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host Tucson High Magnet School for a 6A South challenge on Wednesday, January 18. Rincon/University will confront a Badgers team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Flowing Wells (Tucson, AZ). The Badgers record now stands at 9-1.
