The Asotin Panthers (Asotin, WA) basketball felled the visiting Davenport Gorillas (Davenport, WA), 56-44 in Saturday's league test.
The Panthers (8-7) will now prepare for their test against Northwest Christian School (Colbert, WA). The Crusaders go into the 2B Bi-County test with a 8-6 record.
The Gorillas now own a 4-9 record. They play next when they host Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna for a 2B Bi-County test on Tuesday, January 16. Davenport will encounter a Broncos squad coming off a 43-40 league win over Chewelah (Chewelah, WA). The Broncos record now stands at 7-8.
