The Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM) basketball crushed the host Goddard Rockets (Roswell, NM), 51-25 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Jaguars (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Valencia (Los Lunas, NM). The Jaguars go into the non-league test with a 9-6 record. In their last test, Valencia walloped Gallup (Gallup, NM), 66-58, in a non-league test.
The Rockets now own a 2-11 record. They play next when they travel to Roswell for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 16. Goddard will encounter a Coyotes squad coming off a 56-54 non-league loss to Centennial (Las Cruces, NM). The Coyotes record now stands at 9-8.
