The Ranney basketball team (Tinton Falls, NJ), was routed 77-49 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Christian Brothers Academy Colts (Lincroft, NJ)

The Colts now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shore Regional for a non-league battle on Monday, January 15. Christian Brothers Academy will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 38-29 non-league win over New Brunswick (New Brunswick, NJ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 9-2.

The (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against St. Rose (Belmar, NJ). The Purple Roses come into the non-league battle with a 12-1 record. In their last battle, St. Rose trounced Red Bank Catholic (Red Bank, NJ), 88-41, in a league battle.
