The King/Drew Golden Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Firebaugh Falcons to 48 in the Golden Eagles non-league victory on Saturday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leuzinger for a non-league contest on Monday, January 15. King/Drew will battle a Olympians team coming off a 84-59 non-league win over Blair (Pasadena, CA). The Olympians record now stands at 13-7.
The Falcons (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Hesperia (Hesperia, CA). The Scorpions come into the non-league contest with a 13-7 record. In their last contest, Hesperia prevailed over Alemany (Mission Hills, CA), 61-54, in a non-league contest.
